Step1. Download and install DVD to Walkman Converter (Here is the directly download link, file size is 6 MB), and then lunch it. Put your DVD movie disc into computer DVD-Rom. Click 'File -> Open DVD' to load the DVD movie into the DVD to Walkman Converter.
Step2. Select Output Profile:
Click the Profile dropdown list, go to 'Portable Media Player -> Sony Walkman -> Sony Walkman (.mp4)' and select it as output format.
Step3. Select Subtitle and Audio
Regular DVD movies usually have several subtitles such as English, French, Janpanese, Chinese, etc. You can select one you prefer. You can also delete the subtitle by selecting “No Subtitle”. Selecting Audio is the same.
Step4. After the above steps, click “Convert” to run the progress. This DVD to Walkman Converter will automatically decrypte the DVD and convert the DVD to Walkman compatible mp4 video. It would take a few minutes to finish the DVD conversion. I tested a two hours long movie, it cost me about 30 minutes to convert the whole DVD.
Step5. Once the DVD conversion is finished. Click 'Output' to locate the converted mp4 video. Run windows media player and drop the mp4 video into Windows Media player. Plug in your Sony Walkman player to computer, WMP will detect it automatically, go to WMP file menu and click Sync, the video will be transferred to your Sony Walkman Player. That's all.
