Step2. Load DVD or DVD folder into the BlackBerry Converter.
Here we can load three kinds of DVD’s:
1. Real DVD, just put the DVD disc into your DVD-Rom and click “Add” to import the DVD file.
2. DVD ISO image, you can amount your ISO files in the daemon tools at first, and then load the virtual DVD drive. (No other Blackbery converter supports DVD ISO file)
3. A DVD folder, sometimes you may store the DVD folder in your hard drive, it appears like “Video_TS” “Audio_TS” folders. You can load them by clicking the “load DVD Folder” button.
4. The blackberry converter supports batch conversion, you can import multiple video clips at one time. In order to get one video file instead of multiple vides, remember to click the “Merge into one file”.
Step3. Select Profile, Subtitle, Audio, output directory setting
After you load DVD into the blackberry converter, click the Profile drop-down list to select the proper format according to your BlackBerry Type, we select the “BlackBerry Storm series(*.mp4)” profile as an example.
Regular DVD movies usually have several subtitles such as English, French, German, etc. You can select one you prefer. You can also delete the subtitle by selecting “No Subtitle”. Selecting Audio is the same. For more advanced setting, you can open the setting panel by clicking “Settings”.
Step4. Start the conversion
After all things done, click “Start” to begin the conversion; it will take about 30 minutes to convert a normal two hours DVD movie. When the conversion finished, click “find target” to located the converted video on your computer and remember the path.
Step5. Transfer video to BlackBerry
For the uploading to your blackberry, the easiest way is to connect your Blackberry, set it to be in “Mass Storage” mode (UMS), and drag and drop the converted video in your \Videos\ folder on your blackberry.
You can also download Blckberry Desptop Software to transfer video to BlackBerry.
You can also drag the converted video into iTunes and make a playlist with the video and iTunes songs, then plug in your BlackBerry to computer and sync the playlist. Done.
